This site is operated by RafalAI, a Matebela LLC company, PO Box 23, Pedricktown, NJ 08067. RafalAI is the site at rafalai.com. This page says what the site collects and where it goes. You can read the articles, the First Look brief, and the other public pages without an account. There is no account and no mailing list.

Analytics

Pages include Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-LQJ67WKFWS. The tag loads from googletagmanager.com after the page has finished loading. Google receives the page address, the referrer, a general location, and browser and device details, and may store its own cookies. Google describes that data in its privacy policy and in how Google Analytics uses data.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics is on for the hosted site. It adds a beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com that counts page views. Cloudflare describes that beacon as not using cookies and not following you from site to site. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Contact form

The form at /contact/ asks for a name, an email address, what the note is about, and the note. The site emails that to RafalAI through Resend, so a person can read it and reply. Resend processes the message in order to deliver it.

A confirmation is sent back to the address you typed only when the spam check below is turned on and your browser passes it. That confirmation is a fixed note. It does not include your name or the text you wrote.

Ask form

The Ask form on the homepage and on First Look asks for a name, an email address, a topic, and a question, and records which of those pages it came from. The site sends that to the RafalAI review inbox through AgentMail. A person reads it before any reply.

A short acknowledgement to the address you typed is sent only when that option is turned on for the site and the spam check has passed. The acknowledgement is a fixed note. It does not include the question you wrote. The site code does not send form contents to an AI model provider.

Spam check and the form cookie

The forms include an extra field that people leave empty. Submissions that fill it are discarded.

When the spam check is turned on, the form loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. The submission includes Cloudflare's response token, and the server checks that token with Cloudflare. When the check is not configured, the form still accepts the note and does not require a token.

The page sets a csrf_token cookie for about two hours so a form post can be matched to the page that showed the form. It is not used for advertising.

First Look

The URL you submit on First Look is fetched by this site so the page can show the title, headings, robots.txt, and llms.txt of that public address. The site does not keep an account of those URLs. The address is part of the request, so the host's ordinary request logs can include it, the same way they include any other page request. Private and local addresses are refused.

How long notes are kept

Notes are kept so RafalAI can reply and so there is a record of the work. They are not added to a marketing list, and they are not sold.
